- There is a convenience fee associated with online registration. If you do not wish to pay the convenience fee, download the form here (PDF) and mail it in (by 06/15/24), according to the instructions on the print-out.
- You must be an active member of ALCA and ALSCA in order to utilize the member rate.
- Please note: Membership will be verified on 06/15/24 and must be active through the end of the first workshop.
- If your membership will expire between 06/15/24 and 09/12/24, you will need to renew prior to 06/15/24 or pay the non-member rate.
- The applicable registration rate plus a $25 service fee will be charged to each participant whose registration requires additional processing and must be delayed for any reason, including: non-members who pay at the member rate, checks cut incorrectly, or materials mailed to the incorrect address.
- To join, renew, or verify membership status with ALCA and ALSCA, visit alabamacounseling.org/membership-application.html.
- Questions, grievances, substitutions, and accommodations requests should be emailed to: pd@alabamaschoolcounselors.org. No refunds. However, substitutions are allowed for registered participants who are paid in full. The deadline for accommodations requests and substitutions is 09/01/24.
- An official form for grievances is available, upon written request. Completed forms will be reviewed and determinations will be communicated in a timely manner.
