ALSCA Virtual Learning Series Registration

Registration fee:

  • Early registration (through 01/12/24)
    • Current ALSCA members (Member by 01/12/24 and through the end of the event, 03/01/24): $75
    • Non-ALSCA members: $125
    • Students: $50
  • Regular registration (01/13/24 to 02/16/24)
    • Current ALSCA members (Member by 01/12/24 and through the end of the event, 03/01/24): $125
    • Non-ALSCA members: $175
    • Students: $50
  • Late registration (02/17/24 to 03/01/24) – ONLINE ONLY
    • Current ALSCA members, Non-ALSCA members, Students: $200

Pre-Pay for CE Certificate (optional)

  • Current ALSCA Member: $5
  • Non-ALSCA Member: $25

  • There is a convenience fee associated with online registration. If you do not wish to pay the convenience fee, download the form here (PDF) and mail it in (by 02/16/24), according to the instructions on the print-out. Venmo is also available upon request to pd@alabamaschoolcounselors.org.
  • You must register online using the form below if registering after 02/16/24.
  • Please note: Membership will be verified on 01/12/24 and must be active through the end of the event, 03/01/24. If membership in ALCA and ALSCA is not active throughout this time, participant must pay the non-member rate.
    • If your membership will expire between 01/12/24 and 03/01/24, you must renew your membership by 1/12/24 to utilize the member rate.
  • The applicable registration rate plus a $25 service fee will be charged to each participant whose registration requires additional processing and must be delayed for any reason, including: non-members who pay at the member rate, checks cut incorrectly, or materials mailed to the incorrect address.

  • Each person benefitting from this virtual event must be registered as a participant (and logged in individually).
  • Questions, substitutions, and accommodations requests should be emailed to: pd@alabamaschoolcounselors.org. No refunds. However, substitutions are allowed for registered participants who are paid in full. The deadline for accommodations requests and substitutions is 02/16/24.
