ALSCA Virtual Learning Series Registration

• There is a convenience fee associated with online registration. If you do not wish to pay the convenience fee, download the form here (PDF) and mail it in (by 05/27/26), according to the instructions on the print-out.
• You must register online using the form below if registering after 05/27/26.
• Please note: Membership will be verified on at the time of registration and must be active through the end of the event, 06/10/26. If membership in ALSCA is not active throughout this time, participant must pay the non-member rate.
  • If your membership will expire between prior to the end of the event, you must renew your membership prior to your registration to utilize the member rate.
• The applicable registration rate plus a $25 service fee will be charged to each participant whose registration requires additional processing and must be delayed for any reason, including: non-members who pay at the member rate, checks cut incorrectly, or materials mailed to the incorrect address.
• Each person benefitting from this virtual event must be registered as a participant (and logged in individually).

• Questions, substitutions, and accommodations requests should be emailed to: pd@alabamaschoolcounselors.org. No refunds. However, substitutions are allowed for registered participants who are paid in full. The deadline for accommodations requests and substitutions is 05/27/26.
  • An official form for grievances is available, upon written request. Completed forms will be reviewed and determinations will be communicated in a timely manner.
